About BMGFoods.com
A global partner in frozen beef and pork export — built on certified plants, disciplined cold chain, and long-term buyer relationships.
Our Story
BMGFoods.com was founded on a simple observation: international meat buyers don't just need product — they need certainty. Certainty that the cut arriving at their port matches the specification on the proforma. Certainty that the cold chain never broke between the blast freezer and the vessel. Certainty that documentation clears customs the first time. We built our company around delivering that certainty, container after container.
Today BMGFoods.com operates as a specialized export house for frozen beef and frozen pork, connecting veterinary-certified processing plants with importers, distributors, retail chains, food processors and government buyers across more than thirty markets. We are deliberately focused: two protein categories, done to a depth that generalist traders cannot match — 58 product lines spanning carcasses, primal and boneless cuts, offal and by-products.
Mission
To make world-class frozen beef and pork accessible to wholesale buyers everywhere, through transparent specifications, unbroken cold chain, and documentation that clears without friction.
Vision
To be the most trusted independent frozen meat export partner for buyers in emerging and established markets alike — the supplier importers recommend to each other.
Values
- Specification integrity — what we quote is what we load. Trim, weight band and packing standards are locked in writing before production.
- Cold chain discipline — −18 °C is a commitment, not a target. Every handoff in the chain is monitored and documented.
- Documentary precision — export paperwork prepared to the letter of the destination authority's requirements.
- Long-term partnership — we price for repeat programs, not one-off wins.
Export Experience
Our team brings deep experience across the practical realities of frozen meat trade: plant approvals and market eligibility, halal certification workflows, letter-of-credit negotiation, reefer booking in tight seasons, pre-shipment inspection coordination, and the destination-specific documentary quirks that separate smooth clearances from demurrage bills. That experience is embedded in our process — see our step-by-step export process.
Processing Partners
We source exclusively from slaughter and deboning plants that are approved for export by their national veterinary authority, operate HACCP-based food-safety systems, and pass our own commercial audits covering cut quality, freezing capability, packing standards and shipment reliability. Multi-plant sourcing gives our buyers supply continuity: if one plant's schedule tightens, programs shift within our network without breaking delivery commitments.
Cold Chain Logistics
Every product is blast frozen to a core temperature of −18 °C immediately after packing, held in monitored cold storage, and loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers under supervision. Containers are sealed, set to −18 °C, and tracked to destination. Temperature data loggers can be placed in containers on request, giving buyers an auditable record of the entire voyage.
Quality Assurance & Food Safety
Official veterinary inspection covers every production lot. Plants operate documented sanitation programs, metal detection, lot-level traceability and microbiological and residue-monitoring plans. On top of official controls, buyers can commission independent pre-shipment inspection (SGS or equivalent) — we coordinate the inspection and provide the loading photo report with the shipping documents.
Customer Commitment
Each buyer works with a dedicated export account manager — one person accountable from first inquiry through delivery confirmation. Quotations within 24 business hours. Production and vessel updates without chasing. Documentation drafts shared for review before couriering originals. When something changes — a vessel rolls, a plant schedule moves — you hear it from us first, with options.
Global Presence
BMGFoods.com ships to buyers across the Middle East, Southeast and East Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. Market eligibility is confirmed per product and plant at quotation stage, so every offer we make is one we can certify and ship.
